Saturday

Since we are only staying for 2 nights we decided not to take the awning, this only matters when eating outside.

I unwound the sun canopy and pegged out a wind break. It worked ok, just as well it didn’t rain or else it might have been a completely different story.

Breakfast went quite well, bacon rolls cups of tea, sitting outside. Once all the dishes are washed and put away, we walk into Minehead to do some shopping. The High Street is quiet, with just a few early risers coming from Butlins.

After wandering around the shops we head back for some lunch. To end the evening we walk back to Dunster to see some of the bits we missed yesterday. There was not as many people to start with so we are able to wander around without too much trouble.

Our destination is the Castle, a cup of chocolate and a ginger biscuit, while listening to another choir since last night.

Its soon time to be heading home, a 2 mile walk back along the dark  lane, very romantic with the stars shining above.
We are soon back enjoying a cup of coffee and some pastries we purchased earlier.
